You will need to bring your own sheets and towels. There are two queen size beds, four single bunk beds and one fold-out double sofa.
Domestic long distance service is included in the rental. Internet service is included and available via Comcast.
Arrival time is 4:00pm, departure time is 12:00pm.
Please drive VERY SLOWLY (no, even slower, please) on Small Point roads as there are many kids and dogs about. The posted speed limit is 15 mph. We are so proud of our renters because we sense that the average speed driven by them is just above 10 mph. Good job, you guys. Let's keep this up by going slower than the average bear.
Your dogs are most welcome, but please control your dogs and their barking and clean up after them. Because of nesting plover populations, dogs are not allowed in the dunes areas of any of the beaches around Small Point. Respect the peace and privacy of the other renters, both at the houses and on the point beaches. No camping or campfires on the beaches are permitted.
Finally, cleaning. To keep our rental prices down, we ask that you leave the house as clean as you found it. If you would like to arrange for a cleaning service at the end of your stay, please contact us and we can arrange one for an additional fee.
